This recipe was found in the July '09 Family Circle magazine.
3 ripe Haas avocados
juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 medium tomato, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely diced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Slice avocados in half; remove pits. Scoop out flesh and place in medium bowl. Pour lime juice over avocados and roughly mash.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
